The 3-Phase Training Journey
Phase 1: Foundation & Self-Paced AI Fluency
Before our first workshop, we want everyone to establish a common baseline. Anthropic offers a suite of structured courses. You will complete these key foundational tracks on your own time.
AI Fluency: Frameworks
Learn the 4D AI Framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) to safely manage and evaluate AI outputs.
Claude 101
Comprehensive walk-through of the interface, dynamic Artifacts, projects, and constructing clear prompts.
AI for Small Businesses
Tailored scenarios for back-office, coordination, logistics, and vendor management (highly applicable to Chesapeake operations).
Phase 2: Live Hands-On Session #1 & Collaboration
Once foundational courses are complete, we will meet live to bridge theoretical learning with practical, day-to-day work.
Live Workshop 1: Chesapeake Practical Applications
A live session with your AI Engineer. We will address questions from Phase 1, review basic and intermediate prompting patterns, and explore specific workflows like standardizing specifications or drafting client pitches.
Deep-Dive: Introduction to Claude Cowork
Following the live workshop, you will log back onto the Anthropic portal to complete this course. Learn how to work collaboratively with Claude on complex, multi-stage files and shared team resources.
The Sandbox Assignment
To reinforce the training, you will create a structured project inside Claude using custom files (such as inventory sheets or regional catalogs) to automate one recurrent administrative task.
Phase 3: Shared Workspaces & Live Session #2
The final stage centers on shared environment collaboration and optimizing complex department workflows.
Live Workshop 2: Code-Along & Project Review
In this interactive workshop, we will review the Sandbox Projects built by the team. We will show how different team members can collaborate on a single thread and optimize prompt structures.
Ongoing Customization & Dedicated Engineering Support
After completing both sessions, you will have continuous access to office hours and targeted prompt tuning to maintain efficient AI integration across your team.
